Order Fulfillment & Delivery

How do I receive digital products (PDFs, Wallpapers, Printable Packs)?

Upon completing your purchase through Squarespace Payments, you will immediately receive an on-screen download link as well as an automated confirmation email containing a download link to your files. Links remain active for 24 hours after your first download.

How do coaching services begin after purchase?

After booking or enrolling in a coaching program (such as The Butterfly Blueprint), you will receive a welcome email 24 hours outlining onboarding instructions, intake/agreement forms, and access details for support messaging (WhatsApp or Google Chat).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (Printables, Wallpapers, Audio Files)

Due to the instant access and digital nature of downloadable files (PDFs, high resolution mobile wallpapers, and downloadable audio), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical issues receiving your files, please reach out for support.

Coaching Services & Signature Programs

• Cancellations: Coaching agreements may be canceled prior to the official program start date, subject to any terms outlined in your signed coaching agreement.

• Refunds: Once coaching support, custom materials or messaging communication has commenced, fees paid or completed time are non-refundable.
